Mr. Rick is a holder of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with extraordinary linguistic skills, he has 17+ years of experience in the field of Executive and Administrative Management, working as an Executive in some of the leading and most prominent companies in the U.A.E.

Gordon James

Head of Underwriting

Gordon James holds a Masters degree and an Associate membership of the Insurance Institutes of India. His 20 years of general Insurance Managerial experience in New India Assurance and private sector General Insurance Companies of India and UK includes handling underwriting and reinsurance. Moreover he has worked in operational as well at the Corporate Offices including being a part of the Hull and Energy Technical Department at the senior management level. His experience is enriched with the exposure to the London market, having set up Reliance General Insurance's Representative Office at London, liaisoning with underwriters and brokers, and development of strong relationship with leading underwriters in the international market.

Mr. Taif Mustapha

Head of Reinsurance

Over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. His extensive insurance experience includes 10 years with Arabia ACE (formerly Arabia CIGNA) in Saudi Arabia where he served in various capacities from Manager Technical & Reinsurance to Acting General Manager. Before joining Yousouf & Badir LLC LTD, Mr. Taif Mustapha most recently worked as a Group Manager Reinsurance for Islamic Arab Insurance Company in Bahrain.

Mr. Jawaher Aboood

Bachelor of Business Administration Degree ( BBA ), Holding Accredited Customer Service Representative designation ( ACSR ) from American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters – AICPCU - USA, Holding the designation of Certified E-Marketing Associate ( CEMA ) from Marketing Association of America - USA, Certificate in Supervisory Management from Insurance Institute of America IIA - USA. More than 13 years of work experience in various classes of Technical Insurance Industry within reputed Companies (Marketing & Sales, Marine, Aviation, Non-Marine, Medical, Motor Underwriting and Claims). Administration & Human Resources Management experience within United Arab Emirates Market.

Mr. Yasmin Ibrahim

Head of Information Technology

Master of Science (Applied Computing) from UK, Project Management Professional (PMP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and various other qualifications / industry certifications with more than 15 years of experience in various information technology areas particularly in ERP implementation, systems analysis, development, Database Administration, networking and other infrastructure projects. He is a member of Project Management Institute of USA, Microsoft and Oracle Certified professionals.

Rashid Ahmed is Director of Yousouf & Badir LLC LTD’s Compliance business, a division within Yousouf & Badir LLC LTD focused on providing technology-enabled, due diligence, compliance and supplier diversity solutions to its clients. Alfred Gerald leads a multidisciplinary, global team dedicated to helping clients comply with anti-money laundering and anti-bribery and corruption regulations world-wide. In this role, he sets the overall strategy and direction for the business and works with research, operations and product teams to pioneer new compliance solutions and technologies.
